Ms. Charny has been practicing law since 1984 when she joined the Camden County Prosecutor's Office after clerking for the Honorable Judith A. Yaskin. For 5 1/2 years, Ms. Charny tried cases in major criminal trials where she gained extensive experience in the area of domestic violence, ultimately leading to her evolution into Divorce and Family Law. Ms. Charny is a role model for the firm, ensuring the team's compassionate commitment to the family unit. She is a Barrister in the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law Inns of Court, and is a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in the Superior Court of New Jersey for both Camden and Burlington Counties. Ms. Charny is an active member of the Matrimonial sections for the New Jersey State Bar, Camden County Bar and Burlington County Bar Associations.

Since 1999, Ms. Charny has been the Cherry Hill Township Municipal Court Prosecutor. She was recently named "Top Attorney" for Divorce and Family Law by SJ Magazine and has appeared on Legal Line and CN8 "Your Morning", in connection with both Matrimonial and Municipal Court issues. Ms. Charny resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey with her husband and law partner, Richard Charny, and their three teenage sons. The family is actively involved in community service including fund raising for the American Cancer Society, Ovarian Cancer Research Foundation, Susan B. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes, Jewish Federation and Jewish Community Center of Southern New Jersey.

Ms. Karpousis is a partner at Charny, Charny and Karpousis and has specialized in the practice of Family Law since 1992. Her knowledge and expertise in the courtroom began during her clerkship with the Honorable Isaiah Steinberg, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey. Since then, Ms. Karpousis has represented a diverse group of clients including, self-employed business owners, W-2 wage earners and dependent spouses. Ms. Karpousis' Family Law practice focuses on the resolution or litigation of matters, including but not limited to divorce, custody issues, child support, alimony, equitable distribution, adoption, relocation and applications to the Court for protection from domestic violence and abuse. Ms. Karpousis is a frequent lecturer at seminars for the New Jersey Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the American Trial Lawyers Association. She currently serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Burlington, Camden and Gloucester Counties and is a Barrister member of the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law Inns of Court whose mission is to foster excellence and professionalism, exemplary ethics and legal skills for judges and lawyers. Ms. Karpousis has appeared as a panelist on the Legal Line television show and volunteers for the Rutgers University Pro Bono Domestic Violence and Law School Mentoring Program. Ms. Karpousis is an avid sports fan, and a major fund raiser for the Juveniles Diabetes Foundation.

Ms. Gold brings with her 30 years experience in Divorce and Family Law. Since receiving her law degree from Rutgers University School of Law - Camden in 1976, Ms. Gold has been an active member of the region's legal community. She is a Master in the Thomas S. Forkin Family Law Inns of Court, an organization comprised of the leading divorce and family law attorneys in Camden, Burlington, and Gloucester Counties, New Jersey, and is well-respected for her service as Chair of the District IV Ethics Committees of the New Jersey Supreme Court. Ms. Gold is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and the Camden County Bar Association's Family Law and Alternative Dispute Committees. She serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Camden, Burlington and Gloucester Counties. Most recently, Ms. Gold was appointed to the New Jersey State Bar Association Family Law Executive Committee for the 2007-2008 year. She shares knowledge and expertise as a community lecturer and is frequently appointed as a panelist in many complex divorce cases.

Ms. Kaplan concentrates her practice in family law matters including divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, adoptions and name changes. She also handles domestic violence matters and the defense of municipal court matters such as DUI, traffic offenses and disorderly persons offenses.

Ms. Kaplan is an active member of the Camden County Bar Association and is also a Barrister in the Thomas Forkin Family Law Inns of Court. Outside of the office and the practice of law, she has served as a volunteer tennis coach for the New Jersey Special Olympics and volunteered with the Delaware chapter of Big Brothers/Big Sisters.

Ms. Kaplan and her husband, Andrew, reside in Marlton, New Jersey and are the proud parents of two children.

Ms. Smith specializes in traditional Divorce and Family Law as well as Criminal Law, DUI and Traffic Offenses, Disorderly Persons and Drug Offenses. Ms. Smith joined CC&K in January 2006 after spending four years as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Burlington County Prosecutor's office, including service in the office's Family Unit- Domestic Violence Section.

Upon graduating from Widener University School of Law in 2000, Ms. Smith served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marilyn Rhyne Herr, J.S.C. in the Family Part of the Superior Court.

Ms. Smith and her husband, John Pinto, reside in Marlton, New Jersey with their daughter.

Since graduating law school, Erin was a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Patricia B. Roe, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, 2006-2007, the Honorable John L. Call, Jr., Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, 2006-2007, and the Honorable Michael J. Haas, Judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, 2007. She is a Member, Camden County Bar Association.

Erin was born and raised in Southern New Jersey and is the proud aunt of four nieces and one nephew. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and is an active member of the community with a particular interest in fundraising for the American Cancer Society. Erin currently resides in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.
