Ms. Smith joined CC&K in 2006 and specializes in traditional Divorce and Family Law as well as Criminal Law, DUI and Drug Offenses. In 2009, she was named the Burlington County Bar Association's liaison to the Domestic Violence Working Group of the Prosecutor's Office.
Upon graduation from law school, Ms. Smith served as a law clerk to the Honorable Marilyn Rhyne Herr, J.S.C. in the Family Part of the Superior Court. She spent four years as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Burlington County Prosecutor's office, including its Family Unit-Domestic Violence Section. In 2011, she was recognized in SJ Magazine's "Top Attorneys" list for her work in the area of Domestic Violence. Ms. Smith and her husband reside in Marlton, New Jersey with their two children.
