Ms. Kaplan concentrates her practice in family law matters including divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, adoptions and name changes. She also handles domestic violence matters and the defense of municipal court matters, such as DUI and traffic offenses.

Ms. Kaplan is an active member of the Camden County Bar Association and the Family Law section of the State Bar Association. She serves on the Arbitration Statute and Children's Rights Committees of the New Jersey State Bar Association, is a Master in the Thomas Forkin Family Law Inns of Court, and serves as a Matrimonial Early Settlement Panelist in Camden and Burlington Counties. She is also an Associate Editor for New Jersey Family Lawyer. She resides in Marlton, New Jersey with her husband and two children.
